The pictures will be of the actual item for sale with stock images occasionally used if these are not available. Please contact us if you require any further information or photos, as items that we are selling are physically in our possession as we do not drop-ship.

Apart from new and sealed copies, all vinyl records will be run through a HumminGuru ultrasonic vinyl record cleaner before being listed and despatched. This process uses high frequency sound waves to remove stubborn dirt, grease and contaminants buried deep in the record grooves that standard cleaning methods cannot reach.

Shipping -  UK based seller with 100% feedback so buy with confidence. Records are normally sent out in polythene sleeves within rigid cardboard mailers, safely and securely, via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Please note that for many of our listings you can add extra records to your basket for the same postage cost (UK only).

Returns - Returns normally accepted if we are notified within 14 days of receipt, and items received back 14 working days after that. Return postage will be at buyer's expense, unless reimbursement is agreed beforehand, such as on the rare occasions that there is an issue with your order.  Please contact us in the first instance if you have any concerns.

Grading - Grades are based on a combination of playback and visual inspection unless stated otherwise. The Goldmine standard is used although we always aim to be conservative, as we do not want you to be disappointed with your order. We will make a note if there are any hairlines, creases or marks etc or issues with the playback or sleeves.

Please bear in mind that pre-owned items will be listed as per their condition, however these items have some history and will not be absolutely 100% perfect.
